All great performers have one thing in common, a coach that will push them to be their best. There is no doubt that those who have coaches achieve more than those without, simply because they become accountable to someone other than themselves. Coaching systems are incorporated into all of our services to ensure that through our work together, whether it be on a one-to-one basis or in a group session, you will come away with improved business confidence and management skills. Our advisors will push you to think more broadly, develop new ideas and new strategies in your quest for solutions to your existing problems.
At BizNeedz, we understand that every business is unique and faces its own unique challenges which will inevitably change over the lifetime of the business. While the challenges change, the underlining principles of good business management will not. So whether you’re still developing your business idea or you have been in business for decades and are facing stagnating or even declining growth, the basic fundamental principles and functions of business will remain the same. These are – Sales and Marketing, Financial Management, People and Process. What might change, depending on which phase of its lifecycle your business is in, is your specific focus and what you need to do in each of these areas to ensure you successfully navigate the challenges inherent to each phase.
The Business Lifecycle is a concept used to demonstrate the typical progression of a business over time and is commonly split into the following five phases as shown in the graph on the right. The cycle is commonly shown in a graph form which depicts how sales and profits typically evolve during each phase. Understanding this concept is rather useful in helping business owners chart their course (plans and actions) throughout their business journey.
